Cooking Coach provides AI-generated culinary advice, recipes, and kitchen management tools. The information provided is generated by artificial intelligence and is for informational and entertainment purposes only. It does not constitute professional dietary, nutritional, or medical advice. Always use your best judgment regarding food safety, allergies, and cooking temperatures.
3. User Accounts
To access premium features, you must create an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Payments and Subscriptions
Premium features require a paid subscription or one-time payment processed securely via Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the end of the current billing period. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the application. This includes attempting to bypass security measures, reverse-engineer the AI, or submit prompts that violate safety guidelines, including illegal, harmful, or explicit content.
6. Limitation of Liability
Cooking Coach is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of the AI-generated content. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cooking Coach and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the application after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
